Our client works in a high employee attrition business. Due to the continual setup of new users and cancellation of leavers, risks were identified where new starters were left without systems and leavers still had access to equipment and systems after their exit. We worked with the end user to create granular workflows using Microsoft Flows and Automate which provided a framework for managing, automating and auditing their starters and leavers process.
